AirCapital's history of transaction execution and aircraft management have been tested through each of the major restructurings and bankruptcies of U.S. carriers and aviation cycles. Following events of 9/11, AirCapital broadened its management services beyond its portfolio of aircraft arranged for its investors and lenders. As a result of these changes, AirCapital increased its portfolio of managed aircraft to in excess of two hundred fifty (250) aircraft, all of which were managed throughout the industry's darkest period of airline bankruptcies and industry recession.
